Shipping & Returns
All orders take approximately 5 weeks to be custom made for you.
We ship via USPS First Class. You will receive an email notification once your order ships with your tracking details.
We want you to love your purchase, so we are happy to accept returns within 10 days of the shipping date. Please contact us before you return your clogs - firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then provide you with return instructions.
All items that are returned will incur a 20% restocking fee. They must be 100% unworn and have their full original packaging. The buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs. All orders must be shipped back with the clog box inside another, larger box - preferably the box we shipped them to you in with insurance and with a request for signature (for your own protection). Upon return we will contact you with refund info.
Shipping, handling and processing fees are not included in refund amounts. Items purchased on sale (including coupon code discounts) are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return.
We cannot credit discounts or discount codes after purchase has taken place. Only purchases made through this website are eligible for return, if they qualify with the above. Purchases of Santa Venetia made from outside stores or websites are not eligible for return or exchange here. Please refer to their returns policy.
Allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed and up to two billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card statement. We hold the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
We do not offer exchanges or order cancellations.
